The Scottish and Irish Ale Highlander Challenge will commence at Flyer’s Restaurant and Brewery on September 15th 2012. All entries will be evaluated on BJCP guidelines and top beers from each category (9A Scottish Light 60/-, 9B Scottish Heavy 70/-, 9C Scottish Export 80/-, 9D Irish Red Ale, and 9E Strong Scotch Ale.) will advance to be evaluated in a head-to-head competition. In the end there can be only one which will be crowned the Highlander Challenge winner.
