The sky is the limit for homebrewing.  There are no bounds on what can be attempted to take the hobby from a passion to a complete obsession.  In this section we will post articles about advanced topics, hitting those issues that either take your beer to that final level or that are just so intense and nerdy that normal folks wouldn't touch it with a twenty foot rod.  Examples of topics which may appear in this section are:

Yeast management
Homegrown ingredients
Advanced equipment
Brewing experiments
Detailed all-grain processes
Anything else that "casual" homebrewers would be scared by
